Astrid was amazing and spotted so much wildlife we would have never seen. She was friendly and answered everyone’s questions. She and Bill made the experience fun.

Astrid was our tour during our recent trip to central Florida. We saw so many manatees, a few alligators and lots of turtles and birds. She gave us a lot of information about the area’s plants and animals. She was super nice and easy to hear and understand. The kayaks we took for the tour were in really good shape and comfortable. Even on a really windy day we had a blast. We brought our 7&9 year olds with us so a tandem kayak was necessary. You’d definitely need a little paddling experience as the current was a little hard to manage at times. Make sure to bring sunblock, water shoes and a water proof pouch for phones and other valuables. Astrid even took some pictures with her camera and shared them with us. The instructions on how to get there were also very clear.

If you are on the fence about this excursion, let me push you over the fence! Bill and Gina were amazing and knowledgeable about wildlife and the outdoors. They knew where to go and how to spot all types of wildlife! We saw a shy manatee early on and ended up seeing a smaller playful manatee that hung around for about 30 min! We saw many gators, birds of all types, and even fish by the spring! Bill went above and beyond during our tour and spent extra time with us as the baby manatee came up to hang out with us to swim around and under our kayaks. We cannot say enough great things about this experience!
