Daniel was fantastic with our large group! In total we had 22 people and he was so patient with us during the demo. He clearly explained everything and didn’t rush us through. He was there throughout the course to help when we needed. Don’t be overwhelmed by all the directions given in the beginning; you quickly figure out what you’re doing! The guides stay on the ground while you go through the course, but are always around to help if needed. You do move the harness yourself and attach yourself to all the cables (including the zip lines). This was intimidating at first, but after the first zip line, you’re much more comfortable. The courses do get more challenging, but I recommend pushing through to the end because the feeling of finishing the course is the best! Don’t miss the big zip line either! They offer two kids courses that can be done as well. They sell child (6-8), junior (9-11), and adult (12+) tickets and have some course restrictions for child and junior. Adults can do all the courses. We had the unlimited water tickets and had small bottles of water waiting in a cooler for us at the end of each course. It’s nice to stay hydrated and not have to worry about where your water bottle is! You can take a fanny pack with you or they offer lockers to keep your belongings in. Took about 2 hours to complete all four courses and the zip lines. We were a large group and every one of us enjoyed the courses!
