We will investigate the spirits that linger near the Oldest Wooden School House on St. George Street with exclusive access to both the gardens and the School House itself.
This building is documented on tax rolls since 1716 and was bought by Juan Genopoly in 1780. Genopoly was an indentured person who came to the Turnbull Plantation to grow and process indigo. He became a merchant and his family lived in the building. In 1788 the school was started with teaching both boys and girls. The last graduating class is believed to have ended in 1864.

Come and explore the grounds carefully, using all of the tools paranormal investigators use. You can bring your own or select one from our assortment of tools available. Make sure you bring your camera and take photos!

We are determined to solve why those who have departed this life refuse to leave the area! This is a real paranormal experience. There are no jump scares, it isn't a haunted house type attraction.

Spontaneously decided to do this tour and it was an exciting addition to our trip to St. Augustine. Well worth the $18. I loved that you could also rent paranormal devices for an additional $5 (haven’t seen that anywhere else) . Morganne was an excellent guide and was hilarious. The photos from past tours were eerie and cool to see. She also added that if you ever need any suggestions for what to do/eat in St. Augustine to give them a call because all the guides are locals. Much appreciated as I’m new to the area. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

This was our first haunted tour in St. Augustine (and first haunted tour ever) and it did not disappoint! The tour is based in real St. Augustine history with ghost stories peppered in. If you are a believer - we were able to interact with ghosts during this tour on a few occasions. If you're not a believer - it is still a fun, energetic, historical tour that I would highly recommend! Our tour guide Tia was absolutely SPECTACULAR - We could not have asked for a better tour guide! She was great with our particularly rowdy late night tour group and knew how to tell a story! We will absolutely be looking in to the company's other tours! Thank you Tia for the wonderful tour, we will be back! 🙂
