They signed us up for parasailing on our last day in Florida. A boat was taken out of the water but we were not informed. Only option was to bump us to a time after we were suppose to be to the airport. Drove an hour out of our way to make it happen. Crap happens but hardly got an apology.

We cannot see your name to confirm but on the date of this posting we did have to move some of our clients to alternative boat times. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. At the time of your scheduled reservation, assuming it was this date, all of our boats were fully booked during Spring Break. Our captains indicated a check was needed on one boat. Anything brought to our attention by our experienced crew is always fully checked out according to our strict safety regulations. A rare occurrence, and difficult for us as we hate to disappoint our clients. But we pride ourselves on flying our clients with completely sound boats, motors, and equipment and we owe this to every guest. We try to reschedule within the same day and we are so sorry with your reservation being made on your last day, and a flight to make on the same day that couldn't work for you.
