I would give ten stars if I could! Captain Bart and Jose were awesome. Made me feel very at ease because i was terrified once we got out there and I saw the chute! The wind was not ideal and i told my husband I wasn't doing it once we were out in the water. I watched everyone else go up and then my husband was going to have to go up by himself. Captain Bart knew his stuff. Changed to a smaller chute and explained the wind. I decided last minute to finally do it after Jose assured me that they would bring me back down if I gave them a signal. I am terrified of heights. From a girl who is scared of elevators and has never been on a plane, I loved it once we were up there. If i can do it, so can you lol. You cant even feel that you are that high. It isnt like being on a tall building. Bart and jose are very fun and make you laugh, but take safety very seriously. This review is for those of you that are like me, scared but want to do it lol. If you are thinking of doing it, do it! I conquered this fear and checked another thing off our bucket list with my new hubby. Thanks Captain Bart and Jose. You guys rock 🤘🤙

Wow! Thank you for sharing your experience. Yes, we have many customers that are afraid and always after they have done it they all say "that wasn't so bad, what a blast!"I know Captain Bart and deck hand Jose like to laugh and have fun with customers but the real priority is safety.

The two guys helping us were awesome!!! Definitely recommend and we’ll be doing this again when we’re back in spi!!!
