Horrible communication and setting expectations from the company. Our tour guide spoke too fast, did not answer questions clearly, and tried to short out your time by over 2 hours. When the group tried to get clarification, it was hard to get in touch with anyone. Someone in our your group called the emergency number, where you had to leave a message and hope someone called back. I will never use this company again. The worst customer service.

Glorified taxi ride is all we got for the $198. Driver was rude and sarcastic. Dropped us off and basically told us if your not back to bus in 2 1/2 hours or find your own ride back. 12 people on the bus were in an uproar. At $99 per person for a taxi ride there and back ($1200 basically is what we all paid) which is a scam! We had an 90 minute wait in the stand-by line then finally got on the boat to see the Memorial. The guarantee was a ticket, a guide tour person, no wait and 4 hours. None of this happened. Thankfully one passenger called and asked what could they do. They did give us one extra hour and a new driver. We basically only got to see the memorial and had to be back at bus. No time to watch film and just a time to see the exhibits. It was an angry and quiet ride back to hotel. We were given excuses about the service which was horrible. One couple used a travel agent, and a few others had also used TripAdvisor for booking. This tour had 5 stars and good reviews when I booked but anyone taking this tour more recently had a complaint. I will add- We were given an option to cancel via a text about 18 hours before but not real clear about what the changes were. I only understood that there could be a short delay for the memorial because of repairs on the dock. Should’ve done more research- as I had a car and could have driven there myself and waited in a stand by line before 8am. I am trying very hard to not let this bad experience ruin my visit to see this humbling site… Don’t use this tour! I am attaching a photo of what the guarantees were and none of them happened!
