Our tour guide was great on the bus but we had just a few minutes to look around in the Pearl Harbor museum before getting on the boat to the Arizona memorial. The tour says it’s approximately 4 hours. We were done and dropped off before 3 hours. It wasn’t enough time at all.

This is just a ride to Pearl Harbor and back to Waikiki. It includes the tickets to Arizona memorial. Which you can buy on the Web. The driver was funny and tried to entertain us for the 1 hour ride to pearl harbor. However, he was not allowed to do the tour/explain inside the memorial. Also, we felt rushed and could not spend the time to visit the museum. . If you have a rental car then you can book the tickets for the Arizona memorial boat ride ahead of time and buy an $18 audio tour inside the pearl harbor memorial.

The park itself was very nice and amazing. What ruined our experience was the tour. It's hard to get the tickets on the official website so we decided to purchase these tickets because the USS Arizona memorial boat tickets were included and guaranteed. They drove us there and we found out the boat tour was down for safety issues. We got there around noon. The tour guide said there was nothing they could do, although they could have called before to confirm that the boat was running since they open at 7am. We ended up ubering back because the tour guide said we couldn't leave before 3:30 even though our entire group was waiting to go as well. They did not have any other activities going on because the bowfin submarine was being dry-docked. I called the customer service and they will not help you. Extremely disappointed in this service and do not recommend, please choose another tour or try to purchase the $1 tickets on official website.
