The Pilot was exceptional. His piloting skills and customer interaction made the entire trip interesting and filled with sights and sounds you could only experience from a balloon. There other companies that provide this service but I highly recommend that you consider Rainbow- you will not be disappointed

An absolutely phenomenal experience with a top notch company. They were consummate professionals through every step of the process, from changing my reservation to takeoff to landing. Our pilot, Patrick, was personable, knowledgeable and funny; and the flight ops crew was first rate. Everyone involved exhibits a true passion for what they do and it makes for a really great experience. The ride and view are indescribable and I guarantee you will want to do it again. I definitely do and I will definitely book through Rainbow Ryders again. Thanks Patrick!

My family and I recently vacationed in Phoenix. Prior to the trip, we arranged for a sunrise hot air balloon ride through Rainbow Riders. The entire experience was excellent. Booking the ride was easy online. We did have some questions ahead of time and the representative we spoke with on the phone was extremely pleasant & helpful. All went smooth the day of the ride. We assembled at the Rainbow Rider office/garage, did some brief paperwork, and were transported by van with balloon in tow to two different sites before finding optimal wind conditions for the ride. Our pilot, Jesse Roholt, was very informative and humorous throughout the adventure. When we pulled into the second and eventual departure site, there were several balloons in the process of setting-up and inflating. Mr. Roholt said to us "you'll be able to watch them finish from the air" and he wasn't kidding. The Rainbow Rider team had us up before any of the others and we did get to watch the rest finish from the air. The desert views were beautiful and blended perfectly with this type of adventure. The ride finished-up at the landing site with a champagne/orange juice/mimosa toast and a light brunch back at the office/garage. Very enjoyable and memorable. Thank you Rainbow Riders, Jesse Roholt, and crew.
