Making reservations was as simple as picking up the phone, getting an e-mail confirmation and we were ready to fly! Jesse (our Pilot) met us when their doors opened promptly at 6AM just as they asked us to be there by and we filled out Waiver Forms and piled into a Van for about a 15-20 drive to our launch site several miles North of their Facility. And speaking of the Facility, impeccably clean, they scored extra points here! I know they read these reviews so I am hopeful that they find the seatbelts in the Van because I couldn't! I surprised my wife with this Sunrise ride for our 13th Wedding Anniversary and we absolutely loved it, so very peaceful and our Pilot Jesse was an outstanding navigator with all sorts of interesting tidbits to share. All of the crew was extremely Customer Focused and wanted to ensure that we had the best of time. I will offer this bit of advice, I happened to wear a Hoody and was glad that I did because at 6'-3" every time the burners came on my head would get REAL hot until I put my hood up so make sure if you're tall to at least wear a hat or something to cover your head because it will get hot! And the sign of a first rate outfit is that I never once heard mention or suggestion of tipping even thought the final receipt which we paid at their Facility had a line item for one and I just gave $20 directly to the Pilot to keep Uncle Sam out of the loop! A "must do" excursion!!!

This was a fantastic ride. Our pilot Chad was informative and funny. Think I laughed the whole hour and 10 minutes. I give this an AA++++.

We've done hot air ballooning with 4 different outfitters, and these guys are up there with the best. Totally first class!
