I would highly recommend Rainbow Ryders for a hot air balloon trip. Kyle was our driver and he was pleasant, knowledgeable and hilarious! It was so smooth and the views were fantastic. I'm afraid of heights and didn't have any trouble at all. The support staff was amazing and friendly and everything was super clean. All staff jumped in to help whomever needed it and offered to take pictures as well. They were very efficient. Had a great time!

We splurged and did a private ride, which was the way to go. Our pilot Paul, was so engaging, knowledgable and full of passion for hot air ballooning, we couldn't of had a better pilot. His ground crew was a fantastic an ambitious young man named David, he was great! They were just so professional, personable, dedicated and really knew how to read us. I cried a few times, bc, it was just soooo beautiful. How could there be a better way to ring in a 50th birthday than a sunrise hot air balloon ride over the Sonoran Desert? We loved it, it was exhilarating, tranquil, and a lifelong memory. The company itself is a well oiled machine, super safe procedures, covid precautions were spot on, very well organized, we knew we would be taken care of as soon as we arrived. Lots of choices out there, but, Rainbow Riders is the best.

A full day of fun but home by 9:30 am! Kyle was our pilot and quite the character. Dad jokes were on point! Lots of people flying that morning and the whole operation was incredibly efficient. The ground crew is amazing and didn't open the door and kick us out in the desert after our spirited conversations in the van that may or may not be a direct result of our post-flight mimosas. Incredible experience and highly recommend this operation.
