We had a good time with Carolyn, food stops were excellent. History of the Seattle waterfront. We are from Seattle and thought the history provided didn't fully capture the essence of the waterfront area in Seattle. If history is going to be included, it needs to be woven throughout the tour and tell the highlights of the Seattle waterfront.

It was a great tour and loved the history of the market that was provided by the Thoughtful Chef. Carolyn had great insights and stories. The food tastings were all excellent and maybe some of the best food I had all year. Thanks for the tour, It was great and think everyone should take this tour.
