Although wheelchairs are not permitted to leave the dock with us, we can assist guests with loading and unloading wheelchair bound guests onto the boat. We simply ask that you advise us of any accessibility concerns at the time of booking so that we are prepared to accommodate you.

This was an amazing tour. We took a one hour trip with Captain Albert who’s a wealth of knowledge on the Everglades, native animals and habitats. We slid and we slipped as we cut through sawgrass at an exhilarating speed. For those who like a more tame ride, we enjoyed that too as we coasted in glassy water. We saw gators, birds & curious lizards. We had our two year old with us and Captain Albert couldn’t be more patient, kind and understanding whenever she got fussy. There’s nothing like being away from the city and civilization while out in the Everglades enjoying the sounds and wonderment of nature. We give a big a thank you to Captain Albert and his team at Miami Everglades Connection, truly an experience not to be missed!

Miami Everglades Connection is the best of the best. Was a little nervous taking my 1 and a half year old daughter, but Captain Albert put those nerves to rest. What a beautiful ride. We saw so many different alligators, even a baby, which was my daughters favorite. We were also able to see a beautiful bird family. Captain Albert was extremely knowledgeable and gave us tons of history on the Everglades. I cannot wait to book another trip! Thank you so much!

This was awesome. Captain Billy was super knowledgable and made it very comfortable for one family member with mobility issues and a four year old. Saw plenty of gators even on a cold day!
