Jon made our tour awesome and unforgettable due to his knowledge and patience. He gave us lots of time for questions and experiencing location. The stories he tells and the pictures take you back to that day but also gave us goose bumps due to the inside stories of those who suffered through 9/11. Next time in NY we will be asking Jon for another tour as he covers many other subjects.

Jaclyn was a fabulous tour guide and made our visit! She connected with our family by sharing personal stories. Understanding why white roses are placed on a name at the reflection pool is such a heart warming reminder of the best of humanity.
