Ray was fantastic and knowledgeable and shared his personal experience of the day and the after affects of the day. It made me think of those lost that are not mentioned in news of the day. I got an excellent understanding of the day and New York’s determination to bring it back to being one of the greatest cities in the world

Wow! This tour was a magnificent addition to our NY trip. All credit goes to our amazing tour guide Ray. His knowledge and passion for all things 9/11 was impressive and very touching. His love and care for his City was evident. His verbal skills made for a tour that was informative and deeply personal. Absolutely a tour worth taking with Ray.

Ask for Jim Quinn for your tour guide!! This was our first tour of Ground Zero and the 9/11 memorial. From check in to the end it was simply an amazing and informative tour. Our tour guide, Jim Quinn was simply outstanding. His story telling and intimate personal knowledge of living through the morning hours of the 9/11 attack made the tour feel like we were reliving the horrifying experience in some small part as well as feeling the tremendous sacrifice so many FDNY, NYPD, EMS First Responders made on that day. Jim made it very interesting, never went off on a tangent and kept the entire tour very real life, fact based and very personal from his point of view. Incredible tour and amazing history lesson. We highly recommend this 9/11 tour including the Museum and One World Observatory. It is definitely something to go on if you haven’t done it before. It will leave a very strong, memorable and emotionally charged impression on what happpened the morning of 9/11.
