The pickup at the airpoert was very late. Pick up time was 2:30pm. We did not get picked up until @ 5 pm. I called several times and was told the driver would be 30 more minutes. That was the answer 3 times. When the driver arrived, he complained and said it not his fault he was late. The men in our group packed and took out all the luggage we had. The driver was not cordial, professional or had any understanding of how to handle clients who are not happy about him arriving late. We asked him questions( about the city) and all he said is its not my fault. A simple acknowledgemet of our concerns was all that was needed. Instead, he made it worst with no sincerity or professionilsim to converse with us. The ride was great, traffic was minimal and we arrived to our hotel in a timely manner. The driver's attitude was what made us regret using your service.

arrived at jfk driver no where to be seen ground transportation rung them then the lady had to go outside to find the driver and on ret;urn journey driver turned up 30 mins late with a different name and for 14 people instead of 8 eventually took us got to airport checked in and got to gate with 10mins to spare before boarding

This service was amazing!! After flying 21 hours from Australia we very much appreciated a comfortable pick up in style to our hotel. We were running the NYCity marathon in the next few days so this was a lovely way to start out in NYC.
