Our flight was delayed, but our driver was there when we arrived...outstanding service.

The driver was nowhere to be found at the arrival hall. I called 4 times, all while waiting on the line for more than 40 minutes. First, I was told the driver was waiting by the baggage reclaim, then I was told that a black Toyota will be outside to pick me up, then I was told that a black Lincoln is outside. After 90 minutes I practically had to hail and run after a black Lincoln, afraid that the driver might leave. The driver then told me that he had been informed of my transfer 25 minutes ago! After 90 minutes andr 4 calls on my part, spending more than 40 minutes on the phone calling international, finally I tracked my driver outside and not at the arrivals hall of course where I was supposed to meet him - and paid for anyway
Totally unprofessional and unreliable conduct. I booked after being influenced by the great reviews, but I have paid for a service that I have actually not received. The whole point of booking a rather pricey transfer is comfort and not wasting your time, especially after an 11 hour flight! Please be careful! This is a scam! My voucher and my communications at everyones disposal! I already filed a complaint to the company, of course no answer

Couldn’t find the representative initially - but spotted her due to the jacket she was wearing. Had to wait 25 minutes for the car to arrive - seemed a long time...the car boot/trunk was messy, had to try to fit our suitcases around a child’s car seat. Driver dropped us outside our hotel.
