our driver was great got us to the airport on time everyone else said we would NOT make it but he our driver did nice and roomy very very nice do it again!!!!!

Excellent!
Suggestion to company. When arriving at the port, the port authorities will not allow vehicles into loading zone, so we had a few anxious moments locating our driver. I expected to find him standing with our name. A contact number should be supplied to driver so he/she can contact guests.

The driver was prompt and drove "normal" in NYC. He had classical music playing softly, which was a smooth transition from just getting off the cruise ship. He only talked if we asked a question, so it was a quiet ride. I would have liked someone to point out sights along the way.
