Although we have never had a problem with Viator on past vacations, this trip was a bad experience. We scheduled a pickup from the airport in Atlanta and the car was a NO SHOW. We contacted vendor they told us our destination (Buckhead) was too far. We got an Uber which was cheaper and the driver was courteous.

We booked this and so glad. The car was waiting for us after a very long travel day. The uber line is always long outside of the airport, so this was perfect for us. I would book again.
