The LONG and convoluted procedure to book a car is only explained AFTER you have booked and paid. You then need to phone or re-confirm using an online form AND then when you arrive you have to ring them AGAIN. I phoned as I was leaving my aircraft and was transferred to FOUR different people over a 20 min period in order to be simple told go to the limo area. Once I got to the limo area I needed to wait another 20 minutes. Never again.
Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I felt having to pay extra for toll road was a bit much - price paid should have been sufficient to cover this. Otherwise excellent prompt and friendly service.
Didn't expect when I went to tip our driver that he would inform me not politely that it was not enough that we had to pay a toll too. Really. It would be great if they just incorporated it into their fee so you know what you are up for and then you can decide whether it's cheaper to take an Uber.
