My trip was confirmed by the vendor when I reached my destination I was told I had booked for the 19th. When I arrived it was the 19th however the vendor would not honor my booking so I lost $95. Upon calling viator I was told by Arjay that the vendor would have to give me a refund. Arjay submitted for the refund we will see how that goes because the way I was talked down to by the second guy I spoke to at the vendors office I don’t think the refund will be granted. Caution DO NOT use CARMEL TRANSPORTATION when booking with Viator. I do need to note I have been booking with viator in the past and have never had a problem before this
