Nashville airport is pretty chaotic but I found my pick up spot eventually and car appeared shortly thereafter. Ride into hotel was fine.

The driver wasn't waiting for us as we had to ring on arrival and my phone would not work in USA at first. Luckily a very kind passer by lent me hers and we managed to get through to car company but it was a complete farce. I have booked transfers all over the world and they have always been there waiting.
Won't do it this way again
