This wa a great service - after a long flight we were picked up by a very nice driver, with a comfortable limousine to be taken to our hotel. After calling the office to advise our arrival we were picked up within five minutes. Great value for money

Very good driver although having to make contact when flight landed was a pain. You had all the flight and arrival details and clients should not have to make contact to be collected

The actual transfer was good. Great driver and he gave us a running commentary as we transferred into San Francisco.
The initial problem was that I needed to phone the company to get them to pick us up. The number given put me through to New York and then transferred me back to an agent in San Francisco. We had just arrived after a long,delayed flight, I hadn't sorted my phone SIM so ended up with a 17.00 call charge and a long wait. So Imwould suggest that you choose a firm that monitors your flight and is there with a smile and your name own a board.
