We got to the airport (SFO) and called one of the numbers listed in our voucher. It was advertising for DirecTV. The other was Viator but not associated with Carmel. The third call got someone who referred me to the dispatch office who eventually got a driver to call. He arrived in 15 minutes and was from a different company, but he efficiently got us to our hotel. The total time from our first call to arrival of a driver was 45 minutes. We have used viator in the past and had good, timely service. What went wrong?
