Nice driver. Give us the heads up on the toll charge 14 so at least he told us. Good if the company just incorporated this so we know what we are paying for.

Horrible experience. Phoned to advise that our arrival would be 1.5hrs late due to flight delays, spoke with a female employee of Carmel Car and Limosine Service was told ‘no problem’ and to call when we arrived in Washington. Once in Washington the company refused to honour the voucher. Took a cab.

Driver was polite and on time. Paid 50.00 for the ride and was then told at pickup it's an additional 14.00 for "fees". Would not use again.
