Followed instructions and received text message upon arrival. Picked up within 5 minutes of collecting luggage. However, although this is a prepaid voucher and Viator specifically states that gratuities are at the discretion of the customer, I was not given that choice. I was told by the dispatcher and the driver that there is a $10. mandatory tip. I was going to tip anyway, but I don't like people trying to extort money from me. I will never use this service again.

Had to call them to find out where are driver was they said they had the wrong flight # even though I checked it before We boarded. Had to wait 40mins to get there after our flight. Once the car was there it was a very nice car and driver.

Wonderful way so easy no waiting the best way to get around with large groups and luggage.A lovely man picked us up and chatted along the way later he picked us up to return to airport and wished that we had a good trip and visit in Washington.
