Very poor experience. I had a confirmed reservation for pik up at St. Louis Airport at noon on Thursday, March 10 for transfer to downtown hotel. The booking reference was BR-861178570 with tour operater Carmel Car & Limo Service, their confirmation code # 14037802. Upon arrival, I contacted the Carmel # I was given and they told me they were sorry but they had NO DRIVERS that afternoon and that my ride had been cancelled. No offer to help get me another ride. Also, my credit card had been charged some $54.00. The Carmel person said that I should take that up with Viator. Please refund my credit card for the charges for trip not provided. I will not be bothering you further for transfers/pick-ups, etc. in the future. James H. Morgan III.
