We had a long wait on arrival - about 3 hours for immigration. I followed the instructions and called after picking up luggage. I was told that it would be 25-30 minutes which was fine as we arrived at stop C about 10 mins before we thought the ride might arrive. 20 minutes later, nothing, I called back and was told that our ride hadn’t been allocated. It would be about her 30 minutes - at which point (1am after a 7 hour flight and a long wait) I appealed to the agent for a bit of empathy and a car arrived quickly after that. The ride was good, we then had to pay toll and a tip - which was a bit galling - but as we felt this bit might go to the driver paid it. But really, I think we’d have been better to go for one of the yellow cabs outside the terminal.
