I'm sorry but for what I paid, a taxicab would've been about the same price and better experience. Once we got to LGA and called the company it took about 25 or 30 min, ok that was passable had the driver been a little more cordial. We were prepared to pay for tolls due to previous posts but there's no receipt of these said tolls and we didn't even stop at any tolls, the process was all confusing. The driver Ken Tah, just plugged in numbers on his phone and said we owed this amount for tolls and then decided to automatically give himself 20% tip when he didn't even leave us at our hotel, we had to walk with our luggage to get to our hotel. I should've just followed my gut feeling and gotten a cab, it would've been pretty much the same. On our way back we booked our transportation with our hotel and it was cheaper than this and the attention exceptional.
