TERRIBLE.
I arrived, followed instructions to call and go to their pickup location. 30 minutes pass, no SUV. They finally call, claiming issues with cars getting into the airport. Every call back provided no update. Service team was very poor, couldn't communicate, and it was hard to hear, as they seemed to be a in large call center. They eventually sent in a minivan, which was dirty and smelled. Driver was in cut-offs and a tank top. I paid for a private driver and large SUV. I essentially got an Uber. Carmel's response to this was a $7.98 credit back to me. I gave a "manager" my feelings on this and have never heard back.
