We took specialy a plane from New York to Washington to make this tour . When we arrived at the place where we had to meet : Nobody , no car nothing . When I phoned the tel numbers we had received from Viator : No answer - "Sorry sir but this is not the tour you booked " So we staid a board of the street . Only thing we had to do is taking back the plane whithout seeing anything . We will take very serious action when back in Belgium ( Monday 19 september ) After 45 years of management and CEO funtions I never had such a bad coordination for all the storys ( in 14 days ) from Viator .

Great tour packed with many stops & photo ops on the way. Sally was amazing & such a wealth of information about each monument or historical event. Chris was great and got us to each stop safely & on time. We would definitely take this tour again if ever in DC again. Loved it!

We had a great time. Sally and our driver were excellent leaders. Sally worked with us to ask what we wanted to see and do and she adjusted her comments at the monuments for the different ages of our group. Always good about pointing out good bathroom breaks which was helpful for a group with ages ranging from 52 down to 7.
