Doing this tour with Dexter was definitely a good idea! He knows a lot about Washington and he only spoke as much or as little as required. Note that usually he does not accompany you inside the monuments, but will leave you in one place and then collect you later. This said, he gives a full explanation beforehand, so you get the right context. This tour is perfect for people who want maximum freedom of choice, yet prefer to have a guide and driver.

Dexter tailed made our trip to perfection. We saw everything we wanted to see and he was extremely knowledgeable. He even returned my coat the next day that I had forgotten on the van. Definitely a five star tour.
