I had made 2 reservations, one from the airport and one to the airport. I got my confirmations and tickets for both. The day before when confirming, there was no record of a ticket to pick us up from the airport even though I had it in hand. We had to Uber instead. Our trip to the airport had a great driver who showed up 15 minutes prior to request but the vehicle looked like it was from a battle zone. I was just expecting a higher level of transportation.
