When I landed at the airport I had difficulty and waited for my driver to pick me up, rather than having him present at the driver location. This stressed me out, considering that I had just had a 3.5 hour flight and wanted to get to my hotel immediately and that I did not have a contact number on the itinerary to contact the company. My return driver was early picking me up, so I was at the airport on-time and had minimal stress on my departure.
