They cancelled the transfer without any notification. If I didn't call to verify they were coming, I would not have known and would have missed my flight.

We never got our ride. We are waiting on a refund. Please refund us. The company called 8 hours before our departure and had no car for us and we still do not have a refund.

We used Viator for an airport shuttle from Scottsdale to the airport. The most important thing was the car was able to carry 6 adults and all the luggage and it arrived on time at 5:00 am. It did all of these.
