We couldn’t find the driver, I had to call them and then they said they didn’t have the limousine which we paid for. We were so looking forward to this and it ruined the start of our holiday.

We were concerned after being exceptionally delayed due to a baggage mishap, that our driver would have left. The company stayed in touch the whole time we had to wait and the delay was no problem for them. Driver was courteous and polite and a safe driver through the NY traffic. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.
