Ryan was our guide. To begin the tour he was 5 minutes early good sign. Introductions were made and we told him we had actually seen a few of the stated attractions on other tours or on our own. With that in mind, he was able to tailor this tour to our needs effortlessly. The locations which were repeated didn't seem like it as he pointed out details we did not know or told stories which either elaborated on what was already learned or were new to us. Ryan was an absolute gem of a story teller and his passion for both the city and its history was very evident. As first time visitors, this was totally engaging for us. Me, my daughter and a friend of ours were the only ones in our party so it was very intimate. We did book 7 different tours on this trip and this was hands down our favorite. I am a picky consumer and I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism of this entire tour experience and Ryan in particular. The value was, by far, well worth the money spent.
