The ride took us down fifth Avenue and back and we got stuck on a side street for a long time and didn’t see very many Christmas lights. It was not nearly what it was built out to be.

Our time was set for 10:45pm. We arrived at 10:40pm. There were several carriages parked along the meeting place. Our driver, Niko was not present. We had received a text from number at 5:30pm that evening to confirm the driver, Niko and the meeting location. I called the number that I received the text from and also texted the number with no response at 1050. Finally at 11pm, Niko arrived. The carriage experience was great and Niko was pleasant, however we thought that the communication was poor regarding the late arrival and the lack of communication. We do understand that events do not always on run on time, but we also think that a simple text of communication stating that the driver will be arriving soon would have alleviated our anxiety, questioning whether the driver was going to show up. All of the other carriages had arrived and left with their customers. With the amount of money that the event cost, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to have better communication with the driver.

Great experience! Due to issues on the subway, we arrived 30 minutes late to our reservation time. Yusuf was kind enough to still honor our trip and was very enthusiastic about showing us landmarks along 5th Avenue. My wife had a blast and enjoyed feeding Jimmy the horse after our ride.
