This was a bit of a splurge for us and totally worth it! Scott was the perfect host integrating history, geography, and wine into a most enjoyable day. We visited 3 small family wineries that are not open to the public. Each provided a different view into the local region of wine growing with different varietals and blends to taste. We bought wine from all three wineries and are looking forward to the memories each will bring back when we drink them.

What an Experience! Scott Bull provides an insight to winemakers and owners unlike most options available.. My wife and I were escorted in complete luxury to vineyards in Scott’s Tesla SUV.. lunch was provided as well as other comforts during the journey! Upon arrival we were introduced to the owners and or the master winemakers.. the discussions about their processes and their enthusiasm and passion for winemaking was contagious... I have used Verve Napa as a touring option in Napa several times.. I can tell you that Sustainable Wine Tours is on a similar level of service, quality, and the access to interesting winemakers that are producing fantastic wines.. We will return to Santa Barbara again and Sustainable Wine Tours will be a part of our plans once again... PS.. our vineyards also ship to Kentucky! An added bonus.. Scott took our preferences into consideration and scheduled three fantastic wine tours. We got to meet with the vinters, tour the estates, and taste wonderful wines in beautiful settings. Each vinter had there own unique story and it was great to get to know them. Scott did a fantastic job keeping us organized, taking pictures, and educating us on the region. Be prepared to join some wine clubs!
