This is less of a tour and more of a chance to get out and enjoy a segway ride while enjoying Daytona’s greatest assets: the sun and the sand. The Beach Run is a 60-minute ride after the 15-minute safety training.

If high tide is 10:30, book either 8:30, 12:30, or 2:30. Booking a slot too close to high tide risks cancellation or rebooking.

Our Segways are designed with wider tires and are meant for off-road and beach riding. We take every opportunity to take you out on the sand whenever possible. We know you come to Daytona for the beach. Your guide will be along just to ensure your safety and steer your group away from areas where riding is prohibited.

Really fun segway tour. The beach is the perfect place for this! It was our first time and Steve was very helpful. Everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend this!

Booked a ride for Wednesday April 10th at 2:30. We arrived at the meeting location at 1:45. We waited walking back and forth in front of the hotel to make sure we didn't miss our tour guide. At 2:15 we started calling to find out where out tour guide was. Around 2:45 we finely got to talk with a live person from Viator, she requested we hold on the phone till she could contact the tour company. At approximately 3;20 she got back with us while we had been on hold standing on the side of the road. She said she had emailed the tour company and also called but no response so she gave us the companies phone number that I had asked for when I first called at 2:45. I called the number and got a auto response by text they would return my call in 5 minutes. The tour operator called back and said we booked the tour that day and he needed 48 hours notice so he could rent the Segways to supply for the tour. He said he had called and left me a voice mail that morning that I never received. I let him know when we signed up that we requested updates on the trip by text that was the option on the webpage you can check for updates. We did receive the liability release form the company by text. He said he always needs a 48 hour notice, I let him know we had wasted most of our day in Daytona Beach and we just checked the option on the website for the next available Segway beach ride. FYI it would be great if two companies working to give customers a good travel experience would talk and get the bugs worked out in the appointment process before causing your paying customers to loose most of there vacation day because your lack of communication. I did get a email from Tripadvisor the next morning our trip had been canceled due to weather. LOL and we would get a refund in 1 to 4 days if we didn't book another trip!!!

This customer booked with Viator, in advance of the tour, I reached out by phone to let him know the reason the tour would not be taking place. Later the customer called to tell me he was waiting at the launch location. I told him that I called and left him a message but never got a response. Customer informed me that he instructed Viator to communicate with him via text, I wasn’t given this information by Viator but the customer decided to hold me liable for Viators lack of communication.

Amazing tour!! If you have not done it, you are wrong! go , go now. do it. You will love it. This was one of our favorite activities of the whole week and would do it again! So much fun!!!
