All ages are welcome to enjoy the airboat tour. Children 3 years and under need not be included in the guest count as there are no additional charges for this age.

Definitely recommend. We did have challenges with the cut and paste feature with Google maps and being sent to Hiakaleh. This led to a grumpy but accommodating reception from one of the dispatch personnel. That said, we were pleased we still received our 1 hour private tour in spite of that. Mike, our air boat navigator was very informative and seemed to really enjoy his job which made it that much more interesting. The reptile area was also intriguing. Finally at our departure the person who had been a little grumpy at our arrival seemed to be much nicer when crossed paths in the store prior to us leaving. I get small business as a former business owner so I grant a pass for that initial knee jerk reaction.

The tour guide was very good but I was disappointed that we paid a lot of money for a private boat but he told us the smaller boats set up for this were all out so he had to take us in one set up for large parties.

Did a 1-hour Private tour with Captain Chuck. Had a great time and saw several alligators and turtles. Partner lost phone on the boat and they were helpful in recovering it!
