We LOVED every minute of our tour. Janie was the most pleasant and knowledgeable guide we have ever had, can’t say enough about her; she has set the bar high for any other tour guide we might have now during our stay. Lol! Loved learning the history of Bonaventure Cemetery and backstories of some of those that are laid to rest there. The tour around the heart of Savannah’s historic district was very informative as well; loved learning about the history and architecture of homes as well about the people who resided in them. Janie was very knowledgeable about the Squares and the history of the monuments in each one. We chose a private tour for our first day because we wanted to get the lay of the land of Savannah by a knowledgeable guide so we would know what we would like to possibly go back and check out during our stay as well as be able to ask as many questions as we liked. I highly recommend this tour with Janie. ❤️
