No one contacted us and no one showed up. Did not have a phone number for Viatar and a message listed for the provider was sent and thr reply indicated that they had any knowledge of this confirmation.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE SCAMMERS I made my reservation back in November 2023 paid I should hv read the reviews before Lidia the person that handle my reservation calls me 2 days before my pick to say the price went up an additional $700+dollars I advised I will UBER 18 people before I pay that additional amount she ASSURED me the refund will come back on 5-8days as of March 31 NOTHING I have filed a complaint with the BBB next thing is smalls claims court and I hv no problem flying to go to court I have the transactions and emails and texts as my proof DO NOT BOOK
