This was worse ever. Never found driver. Call CS number many times. No help. Info desk read my ticket sheet but was unable to direct me. They suggested I go Intnl tremanal. Noone there could help. Started calling again. Still nothing but the machine sending me in a menu loop. I intend to fight for a full refund. I came to help my brother recuperate from a long and serious hospital stay. I didn't welcome more stress, needless

Hello Jacqulyn, The driver and dispatch called you repeatedly and left messages repeatedly to touch base and coordinate pickup. We tried to communicate with you the day before and day of the trip. We never received a callback. Communication is the key to ensure that all parties are in the right place at the right time. A full refund was provided.
