Person was late and provided incorrect license plate number and dove past us without stopping for us.

We understand how frustrating it must have been for the driver to arrive late and for the incorrect license plate number to cause confusion. I have used their airport service to the port of Miami and this time my boyfriend and I used it to go to Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, their service is always impeccable and on time, very professional drivers as well as helpful, picking up at the Cruise could be tricky cuz u never if customs will take longer than expected but what I like is that their drivers are always patient and they stay in touch with us via text the entire time willing to wait for us
