  • Guest is responsible to notify RapidShuttle for any delays. After 15 minutes if no contact with the party, RapidShuttle reserves the right to recorded the trip as a No-Show by the Guest.
  • Guests are responsible to ensure they have the proper safety gear when traveling with children. However, RapidShuttle, upon request will provide child seats for an additional fee.
  • RapidShuttle is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles; please ensure you have all your belongs upon exiting the vehicles.
  • Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
  • Due to unforeseen events such but not limited to Road Conditions, Mechanical Failures, Over Bookings, RapidShuttle reserves the right to hire a RapidShuttle Affiliate and or Partner to provide transportation for a scheduled pickup. The service type and cost will be equal or greater from what the Client has paid. In such cases, the information provided to The Affiliate and or Partner will be limited to the Client's name and contact phone number, arrival/departure flight information, and pick up/drop off information. In the event RapidShuttle sees the needs to use one of our Affiliate's and or Partners to provide a scheduled pick-up, RapidShuttle it will Not Charge the client any extra fees. These measures have to be in place to ensure that our clients do not get service interruptions or to avoid any unnecessary delays.
  • Luggage allowance, Extra/Oversize luggage or items: Your service includes only one (1) checked bag up to 50 lbs. and one (1) carry-on up to 20 lbs. Its the customer's responsibility to (1) ensure the vehicle they have selected can accommodate their luggage plus the number of passengers, and (2) to inform us if they have additional luggage, extra large/oversize luggage or items. If the customer fails to notify the tour/service operator in regards these items; at the tour/service operator discretion, they can either request for a large or an additional vehicle to accommodate the items listed outside the allowance given, and or charge an additional fee per the additional and or extra large/oversize luggage or items. Such fee is listed in the "Exclusions" section of this product.
  • The Service Operator is not responsible for any items left in the vehicles; please ensure you have all your belongs upon exiting the vehicles. Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
  • The Car Service operator will do their best to accommodate a Bi-Lingual driver upon request, and availability. However, the Tour Operator gives no guarantees that a Bi-Lingual driver will be provided. All drivers speak English, and may, or not speak a second language.

We were booked for our party in one vehicle from Universal to Disneyland. We received a call about an hour before our pick up time that our car was on the side of the road either broke down or in an accident and that they were going to have to send two vehicles to take us. No big deal we were fine with that. we were picked up two vehicles and our drivers drove erratically weaving in and out of traffic and speeding the entire time. I am not sure that either spoke any English because they did not say a single word to us during the entire drive. I would not recommend and will not ever use in the future .

Dear Mr. Hine, and guest, Like we have explained you before; all our guests received thier pickup instructions on their voucher. The instructiuons are very simple to follow, and you chose not read them. Just to make clear to all our guests in regards to your experience: Trip from Airport to Hotel - Upon your arrival to the Miami Int. Airport (MIA), you chose to contact Viator instead of us, your service provider. You told the Viator rep. that you were ready for pickup. We advised the Viator to have you contact us directly as posted in your voucher so we could (1) obtain your location in the terminal, and (2) provide with the driver and vehicle details. You contact seconds later, and told us that you just exit the plain and you were walking to get your luggage. Meaning: you were not read for pickup as you advided the Viator´s rep. Our airport dispatcher advised you to contact wneh ready for pickup, and, once he provided you with the instructions. You contacted 45 minutes later, and told us that you had issues with your luggage (thus the reason, we advise our guests to contact us when they are ready for pickup and not when they exit the plain. Not only we update your ride to an Executive SUV, the driver picked you up within 10 minutes from your call. The pickup from the hotel, once again, we not only upgrade your ride to an SUV (without additional charges), the driver picked you up 7 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. In regards to your trip from the Cruise Port, you, once again, you chose not to follow your pickup instructions. You exit the ship, and seat at the curb waiting for your driver. Just for your information, Airport/Cruise ports curbsides are only to load and unloading passengers, there is signs everywere. Could you please, explain to us, and your fellow travelers on how would us know that (1) you were outside the ship, and (2) were in the terminal should we go to pick you up. The only way for us to obtain such information, would be by you to contact us, like every other traveler does in the same situation as yours. And now you are upset becuase we did not refund your ride, and for that reason your are blaming the driver. Please, let us know if we further assist you. Warm regards, Lidia S. Guest Services. Had great time with Doug during the drives to and from Universal Studios. Doug arrived a bit earlier at the hotel in the morning and managed to avoid most of the LA traffic jams while driving safely. He was awaiting me on time at designed location in the evening for the return drive. Doug was very friendly during both trips and had plenty of annecdotes to share, and we had fun time talking about the LA lifestyle or the upcoming Olympics.
