The business end of the rafting experience was actually quite smooth. Our party of 8 came on a Saturday in August, mid-day so it was understandably busy and they handled it well, but slightly cattle-ish. The most personable employee of our day was actually the bus driver. She was very animated, engaging and helpful. However, the river itself was quite boring! I wish someone had been clear about that in the reviews so that's why I'm posting. I was told it was super cold so not to do tubes so we did a raft. The raft was very UNEVENTFUL for our able bodied crew of young adults and their parents. i could've easily had my 80 yr old mother aboard. I wish we had done kayaks. They may have created a little more of a thrill without the chill. The river was quite crowded too, with all the water crafts and fishermen on the sides. Not really an adventure OR a relaxing float. Just come with that in mind and you won't be disappointed.

We loved renting a raft and life vests from high country adventure. They got us on the river at the time that we booked and gave clear instructions on the bus ride up to the top. It was a beautiful day for a float on the river. We may do this again.

Everyone involved was so pleasant and everything was so well organized! It was a great afternoon spend with my family and beautiful scenery!
