Excellent rafting experience if you are new or afraid of the thought of rafting. This is a very calm rafting experience that’ll get you started and help alleviate any fears you may have. Because of the 900 inches of snow they received this year the river was faster than usual so it was just perfect for me as I have never rafted before but wanted the thrill of some rapid water to raft on. The views are spectacular and the staff is professional and skilled. All you have to do is sit there and enjoy the experience and the guide does all the paddling and steering. The experience is typically two hours long but ours took an hour due to the rapid flow of the river. It was perfect for us.

5 women on a friends trip took a raft out. The staff was in training so we decided against a guide with the assurance there would be staff along the exits to assist. The Provo River is almost at flooding level and moving faster than usual. We had a learning curve at first mostly because of navigating the swifter current. Toward the end we hit a branch and two of us were bounced into the cold river. Luckily two of us had rafting experience and were able to get the two overboard back into the boat. We lost paddles during this event leaving less of us to paddle into the exit area where no one was waiting. We whistled and yelled for someone to come and luckily two staff came running down. Other than the incident the ride was beautiful and a fun activity to do with friends/for girls trip. I don’t think the staff provided the safety measures needed with the river being so high and swift this year….stay alert and if you question the ability of your group…. go with a guide.

It was amazing! Be mindful the water is freezinggggg but Porter will put you at ease.Very professional and so funny. The scenery is to die for❤️Have fun you will not be disappointed!!!
