Our family went on an amazing private day-long tour of Yellowstone with Adam and KC. They picked us up at our cabin in Island Park and drove us all the way to Lamar Valley. Along the way we saw a black bear, elk, bison and red dogs, moose, Pika, marmots, badger, coyote and pups, wolf, and more. Adam knew where to stop and provided detailed information about the park and its animals. This was the highlight of our stay at Yellowstone.

Adam Brunaker provided an unforgettable experience in Yellowstone National Park for our family on our April vacation. We saw newborn bison known as red dogs, wolves, a bear and other animals we never would have without Adam’s situation awareness, expertise and trained eye. Adam provided a comprehensive view of the Park in a safe and comfortable environment. I highly recommend Tied to Nature.

We actually went on both tours - the wildlife loop on a Tuesday and the Old Fairhful loop on the Thursday. It was great having a day in between to spend at the wildlife park in West Yellowstone (Bears and Wolves and Birds of Prey, and well worth the visit). The 6am pickup meant we were in the park for daybreak and saw wolves (3 locations), bald eagles, pronghorn, fabulous elk, herds of Buffalo and a list of other game ... saw a great chase with a female pronghorn leading six males across the valley ... Our guide had great contacts in the region and a few times we high-tailed it to another part of the park to see some new wildlife - like the wolves in the valley! He was a great communicator with personal and park background, and the lunch was filling and you’ll love those giant cookies!! Extremely courteous and eager to stop the van when wild game is seen - his scope/camera provides an up-close feel even though you are miles away. Very spacious van. The Old Faithful Tour provided a half-dozen great stops at waterfalls and geysers!! My suggestion: Go to Old Faithful on your own on another day (it can be a 90-minute commitment) and that way Tied To Nature can hit 2 or 3 different beautiful locations. Private tour for the wife and I was THE way to go for undivided attention, we stayed at one site an extended amount of time to admire the elk, health & safety!! I suggest staying in west Yellowstone, because both the wildlife and Old Faithful loops intersect about 10 miles inside the park. Tough to do both loops of you stay at the northern or southern edge of park. It’s a Once-in-a-Lifetime opportunity to commit to the private tour and enjoy the day or two. 5-Star Guide!
