There is a combined 3 miles of hiking on this adventure.
- Group tour is not suitable for children under 8 years old.

I made the payment for the Yosemite national park with US$180 on July 18th for the trip on July 19th , the confirmation No is 1544703061. However, I haven’t receive the email until now, which should be received within one hour after I made the payment on July 18th. I went to the designed address (i.e. Bridalveil Falls Trailhead) at 8 am on July 19th and wait for long time, but no one pick me up for the tour. I feel very upset and try to call tripadvisor many times yesterday, but the call is always busy without anyone responding to me, I request to get the refund. Please help to proceed for my request.

Good morning, I am with Echo Adventure Cooperative and I am very sorry to hear that you did not connect with your guide on July 19th. Unfortunately, I cannot control or help with TripAdvisors customer service, so I recommend that you keep trying to reach them. It’s possible they were affected by the Crowdstrike outage that morning, so you should try to reach them now that has been resolved. In the future please reach out to the guide service directly through the app’s messaging feature or by phone. We would have helped you find your guide, and made the experience more enjoyable. We picked up several guest at the Bridalveil Trailhead that morning and waited for you for some time. I assume you were there too early. We leave the Yosemite Basecamp at 8am, so we are not able to be in Yosemite Valley until 930 as noted in the booking process and in the confirmation emails. Again, I recommend reaching out to TripAdvisor if you were told something different. This is the first we are hearing from you, but please know we are happy to have you join another tour! Please contact us if that is an option for you and we’ll arrange it! Again, I am very sorry to hear you are upset, but please know that this rating affects the tour service, not TripAdvisor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Matt, who was an excellent guide. He is an authority on Yosemite & shared his knowledge as we made our way around the Valley.

We loved seeing Yosemite Falls, dipping our feet in the cool river below, and stopping at many beautiful picture spots! It was also fun chatting with our guide, who was a very flexible and kind person. Overall very impressed with the company.
