Our Scenic Float on the Rogue River is a scenic, casual, relaxing affair. There are small class I & II riffles and rapids along the way. The Rogue River Scenic Float is where we use our large, comfortable, excursion rafts with padded seats and backrests on this mellow but beautiful and secluded piece of the famous Rogue River.

We take our lunch at The Discovery Park. This park is a boat-in only park on the Rogue River and will be a favorite for families!

You will have the option to purchase lunch/snacks, beverage of your choice, and play in the private park. Food options to accommodate everyone's taste; Vegan & GF to meat lovers will be available from The Discovery Park food truck. Snack foods, ice cream and a large assortment of non-alcoholic & alcoholic options are available!

We were visiting for the Shakespeare Festival and we decided to do the whitewater rafting trip that left from downtown Ashland and it was perfect! They picked us up at 10:30am and we were back by 3:30pm. As we drove down to the river we learned about local Southern Oregon history, and then once we were on the river it was the perfect amount of rafting for a casual group like ours: 2 big class-4 rapids, but otherwise just a beautiful float down the river, with time for swimming, and a stop in the middle to eat snacks that they brought for us and pick and eat fresh blackberries from the bushes. It was a very hot day — 95 degrees — but the water was nice and cold. Ryan was the guide for our raft and he was not only very knowledgeable, but also helped us navigate the rapids very well, explaining to us before each one exactly what the rapid would be like and what commands he would be giving us. We had a great day and now we're planning to come back and do a longer rafting trip with Noah's!

We did the scenic float with Nate as our guide and had the most wonderful time! Noah’s adventures treat their customers like family. Nate was wonderful, knowledgeable very experienced guide and he made the trip even better! Highly recommend.

Three boats traveled together so no boat was crowded. All 3 guides were delightful. Our guide, Ryan, was knowledgeable and engaging. The "snack" was fresh and could serve as a complete lunch. And floating lets us see the river, animals, lots of birds, trees, flowers, the landscape. Couldn't have been a better way to spend the day.
